How A Comprehensive Consulting Program Works
Step 1: Completion of a comprehensive Practice Analysis.
Step 2: An Annual Planning session (1–2 days) in which we set realistic and attainable goals for the coming year. In this session we work together to really understand your 'numbers' and then use this information to define your true overhead, set realistic and attainable production and collection goals, and examine what other steps, if any, are required to meet your practice goals.
Step 3: An on-going, comprehensive consulting program (generally 12–15 months) which provides training in the following systems:
